Is my credit/debit card information secure?
We use Stripe to process all credit/debit card transactions because it is safer for us and for you. Stripe employs industry-leading software to ensure the privacy of each transaction. In addition to that, Stripe never provides us with your card number. Your security is important to us.
How are the items delivered to me?
We will create a mule account to hold the item(s) you've ordered. The username and password of this account will be e-mailed to your primary Paypal e-mail address or the e-mail address you provided at checkout. After you have received the email, it is your responsibility to remove the items from the mule account.

How long does delivery take once I have paid?
The majority of the orders will be delivered within 30 minutes and we guarantee to deliver within 12 hours. If you have not heard from us within 12 hours of the time you placed your order, please contact us via the Live Chat on the website or via the contact form.
